"This merchant is terrible. I placed an order and paid via PayPal, which was available on their site as a payment option. This was done for buyer protection. Thank god I chose that option. They have received my money, yet they say they received no payment. It was paid immediately and cleared within seconds. They received the money immediately after placing the order. They've said that no payment has been received. I placed 3 phone calls(their phone system is laughable at best, as it's complete garbage) to only be told that they'd email or call me back with a response. They did not so I called back twice, both times I got the same answer, we'll check into it and get back to you. Upon not getting an answer again, I called again and they did not answer or return my call. I then emailed them, to receive no answer. I have filed a PayPal claim and am awaiting resolution. Save your time and the headache and do not order with this terrible vendor."
