"I ordered 4 magazine pouches on 4/26/2014. I then got an email stating that 3 of them would ship in 1 to 10 days and the other in 1 to 2 weeks. Well that would have been fine except for the fact that they didn't have them in stock and were in fact backordered. How hard is it to state that fact at time of ordering. That way, I can make a decision on whether to buy from there or not. They gave me 2 different dates as to when they may show up. They gave me 5% off for my trouble. I finally got them today 6 weeks later. UNACCEPTABLE!! Will never buy from them again!! Order date on receipt shows date they shipped instead of actual order date I ordered it on. What the heck?? "

"Purchased 3 Leapers modular mag pouches from this seller. Email confirmation of order came from OpticsDome (they are an affiliated website according to their customer service dept.) After no package was received for 10 days, called the customer service number, which was the wrong number, according to the person who answered. Turns out, he was somebody connected to tactical-store, but said the number was his personal phone, and gunched to me how somebody had put the wrong number on the website. After giving me another number, I ended up talking to OpticsDome.com. The rep said they couldn't find my order#, and would call me back after some checking. They did, said they found it, and would ship it out right away, and would over-night it as compensation for their having dropped the ball. Anyway, after 3 more days, no package. Further attempts (7) to contact the customer service dept were all met with an automated message that ended with "No-one is available to take your call. Please try again later." Their online chat service never has anyone available, either. Emails to OpticsDome have gone unresponded to by them. Needless to say, payment has been cancelled via credit card issuer. After doing some review checking, I have found others who had the exact same experience w/ them. Also, the other reviewer here says they got their order filled via Optics Planet. I called Optics Planet, and their customer service said they are NOT affiliated w/ OpticsDome.com or Tactical-Store.com, so it seems odd that the order would have been filled by them."
"Apparently Tactical-Store is affiliated with Optics Planet, as that's who issued the invoice, even though I bought from Tactical-Store. They had the cheapest price on the Burris bases and rings I bought and fast, fast, free shipping. I would definitely order from them again."
