"PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Ordered a tactical handbag. A week later received an email requesting phone verification. Called the number and a foreign woman answered trying to sell me life insurance. Called back and no answer. Called again, man answered and asked for my name in a pressuring way. Refused to answer my question as to why I needed phone verification. Very concerned by this time. I gave him my name and he says yes here you are. I have used a third party to verify you live at the address you used in your order. You do not live there! Your Paypal account needs to be verified. I said Im not sure what you are refrring to but Ive used Paypal 17 yrs and I dont know who this third party investigation firm is, but I dont need to verify either of those things with you. He then says, "You are a scammer! I said cancel this order, youre the scammer! He hung up. This company is less than professional and more than that, very scary. He was rude, and sounded like he was trying to get personal information from me that was unnecessary. Not sure what the whole life insurance thing was about. But it was extremely concerning. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANY PRODUCT! PEOPLE, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! "

"I had placed an order with these guys. I thought I might have wanted a different item so I sent them a message saying "I may want to buy a different item than the one I ordered. I'm not 100% sure yet but if I decide to. Is it possible?". They then cancelled my order. I have not been able to get in touch with them since. My money has not been refunded yet otherwise I would just re order the item but they have also increased the price of the item by $20. The main problem is they have no phone customer service whatsoever and it takes a long time for them to reply by email our their chat. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else."

Got an email confirmation right after I placed the order. Another one the next day indicating the order was processing. It shipped in I think 48 hours, and I got an email to confirm shipping with tracking information. Item was exactly as described. The whole transaction was perfect.

"Purchased a digital night vision scope that turned out to be very heavy and did not fit well on my synthetic rifle. I attempted to return the scope and was refused, stating that because it had been mounted, they would not take it back. Over $500 scope, works perfectly fine, but didn't meet my needs. Terrible company unwilling to stand behind their products.
In addition they threatened me with legal action if I posted negative reviews!
Their shopping was slow, taking nearly 2 weeks to get the item, since they shopped it UPS requiring a signature for delivery. I had to callUPS and pay a fee in order to get it left at a UPS location so i could sign for it. How do you expect a single employed human being to sign for a package? Not all working adults have wives sitting at home. "

"They misrepresented the product I purchased to fit and wouldn't take responsibility for their error. They wanted me to pay for shipping, handling, and insurance in both directions. They sent manufacturer link saying it fits, but the link confirmed that it doesn't fit. They then changed their story and said that no one makes distinctions between different versions of guns. I showed them other products sold ON THEIR OWN SITE that make that distinction, proving their lies yet again. They then got mad and refused to discuss the matter any further. In short, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and instead blame the customer for their error."
