I ordered a product and it did not work the way i wanted it to so i emailed them about returning the item. i get an automated email saying someone will contact me SOON with instructions on how to return the item. I get no response for over a week so i finally message them and get a response to return the item to an address, so i do. i track the package and it was returned a while ago but they do not return my money or email me back, so after a few more days i email them and they say they will return my money that day. and once again after over 24hr when there is no change in my bank account i email them back and they have yet to get back to me .... all i wanted was a product that worked properly or my money back ... i ordered my item sep 18.2013 it is oct 16,2013 28 days 4 weeks!!! and i have yet to get an apology or my money back worst customer service ever "

Dude lacks the basic business sense to deal with his drop shipper or wait to claim the insurance.
