Update! No I did not hang up. This angry customer service guy was adamant I gave a bad address or something is wrong with my house. Wrong! This gentleman called with and was upset that I gave his company a 1. I stated that I am ending this call because of his nasty tone and then I pushed end. I purchase many items through the Internet for many years and most everything arrives in a timely manner at the front door of my house.
