I wanted to buy splitboard bindings. I made an order & received confirmation of it. BUT they didn't charge money from card. I thought: "Ok, let's wait".
3 weeks passed - nothing happened. I wrote to a support and they told me that my order was suspicious so they canceled it. I asked why they didn't even send a notification I received this answer: " Unfortunately when our fraud prevention team cancels an order within our system there is no notification." What the hell? How I should know about that if you don't even tell me that something was wrong?
Now I can't buy these bindings coz they are out of stock. Thank you tactics. Thank you so f#ck$ng much."

"If you are from Canada DO NOT buy from this company. They have it worked out with the border to pay duty on EVERY package. I have ordered 3 times from this company and every single time have been charged duty. You will be charged $30 duty on a $45 hoodie. I order from the United States on a regular basis and understand that sometimes by chance you get dinged with duty but NOT 3 times on 3 orders from the same company. Unfortunately, UPS dang the board, but Tactics' costumer service staff miraculously shipped me new board that I received within couple days. I LOVE IT! "I purchased a GoPro camera package from their website because they were affiliated with Mrrebates.com. After 1 month the rebate wasn't posted, so I opened a claim with Mrrebates. After almost 2 months of them trying to contact tactics.com, with no reply, my rebate was rejected. Afterwards, I tried to contact them myself, but, as with MR, I got no reply. I don't see how everyone else raves about their customer service. It seems nonexistent to me.

We had a slight issue with a Tactics order, and had to call to clarify it. Naturally I dreaded making the call, imagining being on hold forever or having to navigate a message system. I was delighted to get a real person right away, who was able to check inventory and answer my question quickly. What a delight from most online retailers!!!
