"I stopped by Take 5 because they purchased "Lube Stop" my old service provider here in Cleveland, Ohio.

The computer system still had my name and vehicle history. They were very courteous to my son and I offering me water and him fruit snacks.

The biggest differences I noticed was:
1. The staff did not try to over sell me - this made my oil changes last 15-20 minutes in the past
2. Take 5 is way faster ... I was in and out under 10 minutes

I hate doing errands but I almost look forward getting my oil changed again.
