"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They're terrible and a flagrant scam! I ordered two items from their web store on 8/21, was billed for the items on 8/22 and as today 9/7 I've still not received the items. I've emailed and used their text-to-phone features asking for status, then to demand cancellation and refund, with utterly no response. Calling is useless, it goes right to a full voicemail box. I will be involving my credit card company at this point to do a charge reversal. "

I didn't make a return as I always make sure I'm buying the correct item so no experience with returns. However, I would totally order from them again! Item came new as described and it was fast to Los Angeles!"
