"Im starting this review from start to finish of my process with Tal-Depot. Order process was terrible page kept resetting finding the product was easy paying with paypal easy. Ordered 2/12. 1 day after ordering i decided to check on my order it said processing so i waited now the shipping lable and tracking # was created on the 14th, later i checked it said order invoicing so there has been some movement. so i decided to call to see if there was some kind of estimate they could give me for arrival date. I got an automater answering service that said to talk to a live person push 1 so i did the i was told all agents busy please hold then 3 time it came on and apologizes for the wait then it makes you leave a message so i left a message with my name and ph number and order # so far nothing. As it gets/ worst better i will change stars i am starting them with (4⭐) for the benefit of the doubt will update as process unfolds. I have raised the stars by 1 star for the movement of the order (5⭐). Now we watch how long it takes to get sent to UPS so they can bring it to me the date today is 2/14 i will update and raise or lower stars according to how long until they call UPS to pick up the order. 4 days after label was created and still not taken to UPS 2/18/19. 1 star reduced. (4⭐) No call from the company yet either. 1 star reduced no answer from company after 5 days (3⭐)finally the gave me a tracking # that i couldnt read so i contacted them and asked for the tracking# i got a refund 2 days (march 2nd) later they should not be allowed to run a buisness "
