"I have yet to get the product I ordered anywhere close to what they say or even in a reasonable amount of time. They will print off a shipping label but never send the product without hounding them with emails upon emails. And just try calling HA....never have gotten through except to leave a Voice Mail but never a return phone call. This time received an email 2/13 "Your order has shipped" Don't be fooled. According to UPS the label was printed 2/14 but still has yet to ship as of 2/20. Reminds me of the days when airlines would pull the plane from the terminal getting credited for flights left "on time" but then you would sit on the runway for hours. When I find this product anywhere else it will be good bye forever Taldepot! Looking forward to a frustration free purchase from another source. "
