"The TalDepot website said my order was shipped and later claimed that my order was complete. The UPS Tracking number told a different story. It only got as far as saying the shipping label was "printed". I mad multiple call and sent many emails to try to find out was was going on. In the end, TalDepot just cancelled my order. I am still waiting for my Refund. Two of the three orders I have placed with TalDepot have had major problems. I would not use this company again. I think they are overwhelmed."
