"I ordered on Sept 9 a tallith for my grandson who will become Bar Mitzvah. Someone named Rafi emailed to say that it could not be made with a neck band as ordered. This went back and forth for
weeks. Finally on October 1 I told the firm to cancel and refund the money and went to Golders Green and bought a tallith retail for much less money than they wanted, GBP 60. Moreover when I got my credit card bill they had billed my card twice for $157 which is serious money.
Then Rafi wrote on October 5 (a Sunday) that the tallith had been shipped and they couldn't refund it.
Did they send it out on Shabbat? no order no. just Yael Net Baam Yavne as seller and Rafi writing.
If the supposed shipped talith arrives my daughter will return it to them and we can check on that"
