"Was sent wrong product. Purchased from Talkie Tech via a marketplace. Contacted marketplace sponsor who refunded purchase. Contacted manufacture to identify product received. Manufacturer said Talkie Tech (TT) would contact me.

Never heard from TT. Contacted TT by e-mail. Response was choppy and somewhat incoherent. Not what you would expect from a company who had botched an order and then not followed up, assuming they were interested in keeping the customer base they had.

"BEWARE, part of my order was canceled by Talkie-Tech without notification. I would have canceled the whole order as I ended up paying almost as much for shipping as I did for the charger. A reputable company would have notified the consumer there was a problem with the order and available options.

"item was as described, but customer service was poor. On their website (specifically the "shipping calculator"), it says "USPS or UPS ground", thus it appears that it could go either for the same charge (in my case, $3.95). After I asked for UPS ground, I was told that it would be an $8 upcharge. If that is not the case, then why is it stated as such in the "shipping calculator"? This was asked of customer service and they were not helpful.
It would be nice if they changed the website to state "USPS or UPS ground, TalkieTech decides" or something to clarify this.
But the real deal-breaker was the lack of customer service. I would only buy from here again if I absolutely couldn't find the item elsewhere.

"I agree with the megative evaluations regarding this company. The item descriptions are not clear on their site. Therefore, I received a wrong adapter not compatible with my phone (partially of course the Motorola's fault). However, the reseller could have been more responsible - one thing made me unhappy is that they don't reply to E-mails after the fact. I had to call couple times to get a return and update info.
In the end, they claimed they never received my returned item. I am sure it's been lost in their warehouse the same way my E-mails got lost in their mailbox. I wouldn't recommend this site. Good I only lost $10-12. Got a lesson cheap - and found this ratings site as a reward. :-)

"Do not buy anything from this site. They do not list the correct specifications or features of their products. They use the same descriptions for various items, then you end up with an item that is falsely advertised. Their Customer service department does not honor any exchange agreements verbaly or via e-mail. If I wanted a refund I had to send the items back at my cost which would have refunded me only 75% of my total purchase even since it was their fault. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. "

"Ordered Blackberry Flip data/sync cables from Talkie Tech. Micro USB cables sent where incorrect. Did receive Paypal refund but not my return shipping for their mistake. After 22 days their website STILL lists this item as a viable solution. It is not. Avoid seller."

"Very fast shipping,ordered Thursday night and received Tuesday. I had ordered the wrong product and they paid for shipping of new product ( I had to pay for return of old, no biggie) and accepted return of old. Great customer service! Would order from again."

"Product defective right when I got it. Not necessarily the fault of Talkie Tech, but there is no way I am going to return this product because of their horribly archaic return policy. They will not refund shipping and handling. In addition, if my product doesn't qualify as "new" under their policy, then I get charged an extra 3.95 to return the item I tried to return to them. My own fault for not knowing this, but buyer must beware of these types."

"I'm very satisfied with the customer service. John was a great person to speak with. We even talked about the weather in Columbus. I had to call him to replace a cellphone case and he immediately processed it, plus he helped me find a driver to download for my phone! I'm just waiting for my new case now. "

"I will continue to do business with Talkietech and have already recommended them to my family, friends and co-workers. I made an incorrect selection of a phone case due to a recent purchase of a new phone. My bad, but your company immediately responded to both my phone and email messages and sent me a new case at no charge. I am thoroughly pleased, and even though I cannot mention personal infomation about the merchant, I would like to say that he was definetly on top of things and is the reason I will continue to do business with Talkietech. You just do not get that kind of service or responsiveness anymore, however, (sorry) JOHN did an excellent job and should be provided that feedback. Thanx again."
