"A customer of ours has a six year old server that had a failed power supply. After searching the Internet I found most suppliers with no stock of the item or they had the item in stock but little or no phone support when I went to verify stock availability and since I was in an emergency situation I needed to know the item was in stock prior to the purchase. I called TamayaTech and their sales staff located the part but couldn't verify stock either but instead said they would get back with me in 15 minutes. A short time later I got the call back that the part was in stock at one of their warehouses. I had the item shipped over night by 8:00 am and everything arrived as stated! I received email confirmations of both confirmation of the sale as well as shipping status. The part arrived before 8:00 and the server was up and running by 9:00. If you need something over night always call for their prompt service. I will use them again for my hard to find parts."

I placed an order on 12/28/10 and received an email confirmation the same day. On 1/4/2011 (5 business days later),I sent an email and called TamayaTech for status and was given the assurance that I would receive an email with an update and that they were closed, yet their email confirmation guaranteed delivary within 4-6 business days. TamayaTech did not respond and did not follow through. I sent another email no response so I called them and was told that they were looking for the product (Apple Ipod Mini 6gb) and would receive an email in 10 minutes. Again, no email, no response. So I sent yet another email (3rd one) advising TamayaTech to stop wasting my time and would not hesitate to cancel my order if they cannot meet their committment. To no surprise, no response so I called them AGAIN. I was told that "they are looking for it and had to do inventory" which would give me the indication that the item was not on hand. Yet TamayaTech emailed me a receipt no. as if they had the item available to ship. I do not appreciate the game they were trying to play so I cancelled my order and spent my money with amazon.com at fairly the same price. This is a very unprofessional company and would not recommend them to anyone no matter what their prices are. I shop alot online and they are the absolute worse. Who needs the aggravation?"
"Tamaya Tech was wonderful to work with. I ordered a rebuilt printer that has been discontinued from them. It arrived very quickly and was the exact model that I ordered. But, when I ordered the printer I ordered the wrong connection style. I called Tamaya Tech and the phone was answered by Tim, not a machine but a real live person. Tim did some research and asked me if he could call me back. He promptly called me back with a solution. They sent a replacement printer out the next day (I might add that they did NOT have the first unit back before they sent the replacement) and issued a RMA for the original unit that I ordered incorrectly. In my opinion Tamaya Tech went above and beyond with their customer service which sadly in this day and age is not normal. Thank you for your assistance Tim!! I would recomend that anyone looking to get great products, good price, fast delivery and exceptional customer service ... Look no further, Tamaya Tech is it!!"

Only they sent another email at 3:10 PM saying they didn't have the item and that I had not been billed.
It's really confusing and I would prefer NOT to give my information to a company that appears to do this on a regular basis. Someone needs to get their website, their order department and their shipping in sync. It just isn't very professional especially since this appears to be a regular problem with this company.
