"I purchased a jewelry roll from TamperSeal. I purchased it for an upcoming trip. When I filled it for the very first time the elastic bands/straps snapped when I tried to close it. It was not over packed just poorly made. I could not close the roll and had to use string. I contacted TamperSeal and they said as the purchase was over 30 days old they would not exchange the item. I pointed out that it had never been used and they still insisted but offered to sell me another one. As if I needed two broken jewelry rolls what an insult to me and my intelligence. I am very dissatisfied with TamperSeal and the customer Service (or lack of it). I would never purchase from them again. Think twice before buying anything from this store."
