"I purchased a Canon Pixma 3620 printer, which did not come with ink, so I also purchased the ink cartridges at a cost of almost $60.00 for the black and color cartridges. I could not use it right away because I was moving, so of course the 30 day return policy had lapsed (I had never even opened the box, as I was sure that it being new equipment there should not be a problem. Very foolish on my part, learned an expensive lesson. When I set up the printer and inserted the ink cartridges, I was able to print 6 copies before the No Ink message appeared. I contacted Tanga and was basically told that since the 30 days was up, I WAS SOL! I called Canon directly and as I was speaking to them come to realize that the ink is REFURBISHED! No where was it ever mentioned that the ink cartridges for which TANGA CHARGES FULL PRICE SAME PRICE AS THE NEW CARTRIDGES FROM MANUFACTURER, ARE REFURBISHED! Why would anyone pay full price for a refurbished product! I once again contacted TANGA (you can't speak to anyone, everything by email) and there recourse after I also contacted the Better Business Bureau for Fraud against consumers, FALSE ADVERTISING,etc. was to send me a 50 percent off coupon for anything in there store. Are they kidding?? That's what I want more OLD, REFURBISHED ITEMS! All I wanted was a refund for the ink or for them to send me what I PAID FULL ORICE FOR. Horrible!! For a small company, I guess they really don't care about keeping customers Sgame in you TANGA!!!!"
