"I have ordered several times from Tanga and find them really great to deal with! Every product I have purchased has arrived on time and no damages. One time I got something that wasn't what I expected it to be and they took it back, no problem (they made it so easy for me). The last order got me 2 of the item I ordered. I thought I must have ordered 2 since I got them both but Tanga said they only have one order and charged me for only one. I planned to send back the one I didn't open but they emailed me saying please accept it as a gift from them for being a good customer! How many online sites would do that?"

"Ordered an iPad mini on October 17th and it didn't get process until 19th. Today is the 25th and iPad still haven't been shipped. Every web inquiry about shipping has been ignored except by texting them. Then again I got an explainer ion that they are small company that work with larger company to do fulfillment order. I am not sure if that is a reason for the slow respond and no shipping after a full week. Canceling my order now and will not purchase anything from them anymore. I will stick with Amazon with better customer service. "

"I thought that Tanga was great, they had amazing deals and I was able to buy a MacBook Air at a very good price. Everything went downhill from there. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks with little to no response. I want to exchange my Mac for a new one and they refuse to acknowledge that fact instead insisting that I return my Mac for a refund. I have been very open about the fact that I do not want a refund I want an exchange but they refuse to hear that. Whenever I tell them I would like an exchange my messages are ignored. I do not enjoy texting this company because they are terrible about getting back to me although I have asked to be called multiple times since they do not provide a contact number that can be called and they will not call me. This is the last order I will place with this company and if I do not receive the help I deserve with this subject I will be sure to spread the word that no one should buy from Tanga because they do not contact customers back and they don't care that I desperately need a replacement because my 60 day warranty is running out and I am a college student that cannot be without a computer! "Searching for a cheap cellphone with a life time plan, I found a good deal on Tanga. The site looks good and not cluttered and the check out process was painless. A couple of days later, I checked my tracking and it said that the phone has been delivered. Great I thought since it came a few days earlier than the expected delivery date. The problem is that I did not see any package. I immediately contact Tanga who gave me directions on what to do to try to track the package down. The package came a couple days later at the original expected delivery date. It seems like the second leg of the delivery, the package was handed over from FedEx to USPS and USPS scanned the package as delivered too early. The customer support was friendly and made sure I receive the help needed. I like that personal touch."
