"I placed an order for a reconditioned computer as a gift for a neighbor who has a mentally impaired child. Tanga.com claims the item was delivered, even shows a FedEx delivery confirmation. Only problem is they did not get a signature and the item was never found.
Tanga.com answer is to track it through Fed Ex. Good luck, they did not provide me with any shipping info., where was it shipped from, street address, phone, zip. etc. Big Help.

I would expect that the vendor who's item did not arrive would initiate the search in order to find out where their packages end up. They obviously did not want to spend the extra money to get a signature and the complex where it was supposed to be delivered has strict instructions for delivery drives, if no one is home, deliver the item to the office, don't leave it out on the street. Daaaaa"
