PROs - easy ordering, quick fulfillment, and (mostly) acceptable delivery.
CONs - product descriptions typically lack detail to make informed purchase decisions. Most seem to be whatever the vendor supplies with nothing more.

Also, I have not had the need to contact Customer Support about any issues with any products."
