"Received Sheets package, inside used one was stuffed with bedbug marks. Difficult to reach Tanga in any way. Pics I sent appeared to be not "sent", but Tanga seemed to get them. I was allowed only a few days to return, no real contact with this company. I felt traumatized getting bedbug sheets, wondering if some got loose in my house. I did receive refund, but bad experience with Tanga, I doubt I will ever order from them again. Plus I had ordered previous merchandise which turned out way poorer in quality than their pics suggest. Boo to Tanga! "

"I purchased a computer and wanted it delivered to my work address. They rejected my order as fraudulent. I tried to contact them but they did not have any contact number on their website. I sent an email but they did not respond timely. Since they still had inventory, I tried to reorder. However, they still treated it as fraudulent. By the time they responded, the inventory of the products was gone. They then suggested I buy a different product. I just unsubscribed to their emails as I believe a customer should always be able to contact a seller with problems."

"Ordered a Samsung Chromebook on December 11. On the 19th I checked status of order and it told me order was "being packed for shipping". Next day I emailed customer service to make sure of delivery before Christmas and heard nothing back. On December 21st I received an email saying my money was being refunded because the item was "out of stock". Really? I guess it wasn't being packed for shipment after all. I sent an email saying that I was very disappointed. Since their website pledges "we'll do everything we can do to make it right", I thought at least an answer to my emails with some sort of apology would be the least they could do. Not even."
