"I have had a couple of times where Tanga's suppliers have either shipped the wrong thing or not shipped the full amount ordered. Tanga representatives immediately tackled the problems. On the first one, the wrong item that was sent was immediately replace with an item that Tanga ordered from Amazon Prime. And they allowed me to keep the wrong item also. On the second problem, they immediately credited my account for the purchase and allowed me to keep what was sent. I will continue to do business with Tanga. They are an honest and very fair company."
