"I've been a Tanga customer since 2016, and I've purchased approximately $350 of merchandise from this company. Recently I purchased an Apple laptop, which had to be returned due to it having a battery that couldn't hold a charge. This lead me to believe they don't actually check their products before sending them out because the computer couldn't even turn on with the defective battery. I requested a refund and sent it back to their warehouse. Their policy states they with send a refund five(business) days after they receive the product. Currently it's been six days and I haven't received my refund. I've sent text messages to a phone number on their website they indicate will respond within forty eight hours. I haven't received any response to my text. I've also sent an email requesting my refund, and that had also been met with a negative response. I would have considered doing business with Tanga future and chalked up the bad battery as a solo bad experience, but the failure on Tanga's part to address my concerns and dissatisfaction leads me to believe that not only will I never purchase anything from this company, but I may have to take legal action to get my money back. Buyer beware!! Don't trust this company!
