It said I would receive a response in 24-48 hours but they sent me an email response and resolved everything within only 12 hours! Great company! "I bought a 5 pack of moisture wicking mesh shorts for my husband for father's day and when we received them they only had one pair with a tag on them, with no sizes on any of the shirts, except one pair which was a large( not the XL as ordered). My husband tried all of them on and each pair was made differently and fit differently. He was only able to wear two pair and the others were too small. I contacted support and they told me they would ship them asap, then told me the vendor was unable to reship them so theybpartizlly refunded me. Which did me no good since they were a gift. I told them they had them in stock because I went online and had them in my cart again to purchase (just to see), and they then said i had to send them back to them befire they would send news ones fkr my husband, which then took mire time of mine and was just a hassle that i shouldnt have to deal with. I was unhappy that the problem wasn't fixed correctly the first time so now we are just waiting for them to send some new ones for him. What a hassle!!!! Good prices but you better hope it's right the first time because if not, you will be waiting a while for a resolution to the problem!"
