i've been buying from this website since 2012 but 2019 was bad!

"i've been buying from this website since 2012, I always got my orders in full,
and this year ( 2019 ) I placed an order, 3 item was short shipped and I still got charged!!! and I cant find anyone to reply my email nor on the phone!!!
so there! I lost $45 USD there!!
now gonna try to get Palpal involved but i don't think i can get my money back, PayPal says protects BUYER but they actually protects the SELLER ( that was my experience with PAYPAL)

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM. I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, HAVE NEVER RETURNED MESSAGES, BUT THEY SURE TOOK THE TIME TO TAKE MY MONEY.

Worst Experience Ordering

"Their website promises they ship the next day; a week had passed by and no sign of my package coming. The strange part is that you cannot even track your oder like you can with most websites. Sketchy. Anyways I emailed them through their contact me page, never received a response. I had received my order almost two weeks from the original date I had purchased it on. The packaging looked like they carelessly put it together and I looked inside and my order was thankfully right. I cannot complain too much because they did throw in some sample bronzers which put a smile on my face, however I bought the Snooki Ultra Dark tanning lotion. The top has a bedazzled strip, but it was placed noticeably unevenly to the point where the nozzle wasn’t fully screwed in to the bottle. The lid was a little bit open in before I even took the plastic wrap off. Very messily put together and a long wait for a next day shipping promise. Will never order from this website again. "

Pretty sure company does not exist

"Horrible experience! I placed an order for 2 gallons of norvell double dark solution on August 3. Their website claims they ship within 24 hours but a week later my order still said "processing". I submitted a help ticket asking what was going on. They claim this is how they handle claims and that you should receive a response within 48 hours max. 3 days later, still no response! I submitted another ticket to follow up and tried to call their help line. The line has this cheesy voice recording that just says to leave a message and submit a claim on the website. 12 days after my original order and it's still radio silence from the company! I'm pretty sure they took my money and ran so I've disputed the charge with my CC company."

"I ordered products from this company online. I paid for 2 products and my money was taken. I got an email from PayPal saying that they could only ship half of the order and that they would refund my PayPal account. I was not given the option to cancel the order, although the representative lied and said they sent an email offering that option. I have the technical knowledge to know whether I was sent an email. The money refunded to PayPal is not available for 3-4 business days. Now I am forced to purchase the product from another source and pay shipping again. I tried to contact the company, but their customer service phone number only provides a recording saying "leave a message" and wait 48 hours for a response. Alternatively, they force their customers to submit a "ticket" online and wait 48 hours for a response. I found the phone number for the company via WHOIS and called. I spoke to a rep named Ian who would not cooperate with me and refused to connect me with a supervisor. He promised initially that he would help me, but all he did is argue with me.
