"Perks to shopping online is you have better control over item variances, costs, and sum of cart. Shopping in store is only beneficial if you are trying to use Target Circle rewards and don't know how to do that. There's no trick to using rewards in store, but there are extra steps the user must make online for discounts to apply. If you like making small talk, shopping in store is great b/c you probably have to interact with at least 1 employee to obtain items from a locked cabinet. Online shopping is great too but maybe too good for some cuz it's very easy to get EVERYTHING you want not just want you need. Buyer Beware! "

"I planned and purchased several item online and did not receive store wide 20% off as advertised. The items were broken up into two separate orders with the most expensive item not included in the store wide discount. So disheartening when budgeting in these hard times. It would have save another $137.00 in my checkout. I also purchased the same day delivery service at 1/2 price but don’t think I will be coming back to shop here since this experience. So sad. I love so many products! "

"I do not understand why Target discontinued connection with Shipt, a company that they own. The expectation for customers to purchase another membership to qualify for delivery is disappointing. I already pay for Shipt, which I can use at multiple stores. But now if I want to place a Shipt order for target it will only provide store shelf pricing and not link to any sales or target rewards. This does not reward loyal customers and it's driving me to order items from competitors in order to get them delivered. "

"I purchased an item the night before for order pickup because I wouldn’t be able to get it same night. Mind you, it was IN STOCK. This morning, before I go to pick up my order, I am told that the item I purchased was OUT OF STOCK and I could no longer have it, AFTER I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT IT!!!!!! There’s nothing I can do now since it’s out of stock at all my nearest locations! This is very disappointing. If something is purchased the night before for pickup….why not make it unavailable to others???? Why not put it on hold??? This is not a first come first serve situation….I WAS FIRST TO BUY IT!!!!
