"I've had terrible customer service from this company.
I ordered 5 books from them. all listed as available. when I finished placing the order and paid I got an email back telling me one was not available and would be sent to me once it was. the agreement that was made during the purchase was that they would make the whole shipment for 15$. a month after receiving the books I received an email telling me to make a bank transfer (which is costly$$$) for another 15$ for the shipment of the last book. something I never agreed to at the beginning. when I tried contacting them, I received automated responses saying they would be in touch. I never received a response. only an email telling me I had not made a payment and they were canceling my order.
I don't recommend to anyone ordering from them. or at all. their books often end up on the discount table in magazine shops anyways. as for me, it may very well be the last book I but from them.
for a company that aspires to such a high degree of professionalism, it sure is run like the Mickey Mouse club. "

"I ordered a calendar and 13 days later it had not arrived. I contacted their customer service and now learn that the item never shipped and is out of stock. Unacceptable."
