"Poor Customer Service. Shipped defective strut and gave wrong information about replacement policy. One month and seven phone calls after requesting replacement part, I was instructed to ship the defective part via UPS before further action taken. After receiving the strut, seller refused to issue new part on the ground that the original was "fine" though they refused to speak to same tech personell I did from manufacturer when I offered the name and 800 number. Their only offer then was to ship same part back at my cost, and refused to cover what I already spent on UPS. In the last conversation, customer service agent/manager Traci (male) actually hung up before the conversation was over!
