" I have dealt with TB Aquatics several times over the last year and have been extremely impressed with the products they carry, prices, speed of delivery and customer service. I have had numerous interactions with Brian via their online chat tool to discuss options, obtain recommendations and further develop my understanding of reef keeping. Brian has been more than willing to discuss topics with me even though I was not ready to make a purchase. Their commitment to developing long term relationships/customers, instead of focusing solely on getting a sale, is very refreshing.

In addition, I purchased products that went on sale shortly after I received my order. Their website clearly stated that prior sales are not eligible for the sales price/price match option. I contacted Brian to plead my case and he was more than accommodating with bending store policy to honor the price for me. Their philosophy was it is better to take a short term lose to establish customer loyalty.

I have not been to their retail location, so I cannot speak to that.

But one thing that I am sure of, is that I will be a long time customer of TB Aquatics.
