"The website removes negative feedback for sellers consistently. I've left both good and bad reviews to inform buyers about different seller's ethics. TCG Player has removed every single bad feedback that I've left, for no reason other than "we don't agree". Well, they didn't buy the products, I did. So how can they disagree? Do not trust this site. They lie about the seller's feedback to make more money at the cost of the buyer."

Since then i am unable to log in, have received multiple generic emails with no useful information, cant access my account to send orders that i recently received and actually got a complaint from tcg that i ' failed to send an order'. I take a lot of time packing the items and get them out in a day, I add extra rares to the order and I have the most stupidest people complaining of the free cards and leaving me bad feedback.
So I sent out a foil and a free champion of the perished with a 75.c card told the kid sorry don't have non-foil here is the free ver of what I had there is no way the card would have been damaged I don't do what **** tcg does and sticks it in a sleeve taped to cardboard

10/21/2021 2 Received curled foil card instead of non-foil card I ordered. I contacted the seller to find a way to rectify this. Seller immediately called me names & accused me of fraud for less than $2. Full refund issued. Card was in good condition otherwise, not sure if it curled during shipping or what. (I don't order foils for this reason). Seller's response was insulting & excessive for this issue.

"I dont know why there are so many bad reviews for this website. I have ordered over 30 cards and 2 pokemon chilling reign boxes and all have arrived so far over the past month. All have arrived undamaged and at a timely manner for the most part. Was scared to try out the website due to many bad reviews but I have yet to have ANY complaints. I even accidentally ordered a pack of cards and said I wanted to cancel and the order has been canceled on the day I requested cancelation and refunded. Despite all the bad reviews I believe this is one of the best card trading companies."

I messaged the seller and the TCG customer support half a dozen times over the last few weeks and have received no response from anyone. It's been about 6 weeks now. No refund, no customer support, no cards. What a rip off."
"There is a culture on this site where it is acceptable for sellers to take their sweet time shipping out almost every order. I'm about 50 orders, I have had 1-2 orders that were fast, and possibly another 2 that were on time. Every other transaction has been waiting for multiple weeks to receive any cards. Even a pre-order for a new set weeks in advance didn't bother the seller to even create a shipping label. I've also had sellers tell me that they will ship "tomorrow," and four days later, they finally make the damn shipping label, without even sending it through the postal service. What a pathetic excuse for a selling sight. The only good thing this site serves is general market pricing for cards. I wouldn't use this site anywhere past that. Buy cards from a LGS or if you absolutely need to, buy them on eBay. There is much more seller accountability on eBay!"
