"What a Shame!!! My Beats by Dre and Turtle Beach Headphones: several of the boxes were EMPTY. 23% of my shipment contained empty boxes or empty Carrying Bags. Out of all the 6 Beats that I had anticipated to received, only one was received - and that one was not working in one ear!! The rest of the Beats were just empty Cases - REALLY!!! SO SAD!! So Sad under this new management with extremely poor customer support."
"We purchased a pallet on June 28, 2011. Received email with a FedEx tracking number on June 30th-- only to find out the tracking number was not legit and the pallet never shipped. After many hours and days later-- a "human" called us back and told us the pallet would ship out the next day (what a nightmare). The pallet arrived a few days later and much to our surprise 80% of the items were missing (no wonder they didn't want to respond to us or send the pallet). We have tried to get someone from the company to take responsibility for their actions, but of course they will not do so. A lady by the name of Monique E. called and ask us to not call or contact anyone within the company and she would be handling this complaint. We haven't heard from her nor do we think we ever will. Please BE AWARE!!! This company was a real good company at one time and they are now opening this company under a different name-- while slowly taking monies and sending items or not sending items as they please. "
