"This company wouldn't even respond to my emails asking why shipping on a 1.0lb small box was OVER $17 by UPS ground. I checked their rates to other states around the country, and the rate was between $15 & $21 for ground, $50 for next day air. Most companies charge between $5 & $8 for the same item, and that's their regular price. Easy way to send customers defective merchandise & make money even if they return it, as the shipping is 100% non-refundable. Caveat Emptor."
