"My son had ordered windows 7 from TSK. The supplier made us download other software other than windows 7. Right off the bat, the additional software added other unwanted programs to his computer and to internet browsers. The computer work so bad, that the computer ran slow. My wife took the computer to a computer shop. They recommended to replace the OS, the disk was corrupt. I tried to locate the email, that we downloaded the software had disappeared. "
"Microsoft confirmed that all 30+ licenses provided to us were volume license keys and techsupplyking was not allowed to re-sell those the way they did. We've reported them to the fullest extent to the credit card companies and microsoft and bsa.org. i encourage you to do the same. Put this ass*** behind bars. Their site has been very offline in the past few days. We are, of course, tracking them like hawks until mastercard gives us our money back."
"The item described and ordered on the web site was not the item that was delivered. Instead of a retail copy of the Microsoft Windows 8 Pro Upgrade, they provided a volume license key and media, which cannot be activated in the normal way and is not entitled to be upgraded to 8.1 (or future updates) like the retail versions.
Their phone support is nearly unreachable, but their chat support is fairly good. After getting them to admit they could not supply the item described on the web site, they did refund my money promptly. I believe that (re)selling Microsoft volume license keys is not allowed by MS and results in unlicensed software.
They were willing to support the volume license and media they supplied, but ultimately I didn't want to find out down the road that I didn't have a valid installation and legit activation for a home user."
