"Tech Tool Supply is an excellent company. I rarely have a need to call in, however, when I do, I actually get a real person. Orders are delivered accurately and in minimal time. Most of the time, I place orders between 10:00AM and 2:00PM and they ship same day. If an item shown on the website as in-stock and somehow is out of stock (very rarely), they will give me a call within an hour or 2 and give me the option of removing that item from the order or holding the order until it arrives. All in all, I am very satisfied with Tech Tool Supply and plan to continue being a customer."
