The regular checks came immediately and I was concerned where the quickbook checks here. No notification that it was a separate shipment and they came days later. Would appreciate more communication. "I received a UPS shipment email, it had the wrong address on it (my old address), which was not the address I input during checkout. I called customer service immediately and let the lady (girl really) know that, and ask that she cancel the shipping label and do a new one to the correct address. She said she would, took down my information, and said she'd take care of it. Well, she didn't, and they ended up shipping the checks to the old location. I was finally able to track them down, but it was a headache, and caused about a 4 day delay in getting my checks."
