I apologize for any delay in response. The battery back had run out of stock and recently came in stock and your order was shipped on the 28th. Your battery back should be received in the next 2-4 business days. Additionally our shipping team had the extended battery and extended battery door sent to you free of charge due to the stock delay. You will now have an extra extended battery. "
Finally it arrived but was the wrong item; had ordered "Battery Door for BH6X Battery" but received "for BP7X Battery"

"First ever rating of a merchant. Absurd experience. Say away. Ordered item and not informed it was a preorder. After email inquiry weeks later, I was informed it was preorder and would ship in two weeks. More than a month later I was sent this email.
Your purchase with us was a preorder as this item is currently out of stock nationwide. We were able to get these docks in stock by paying a premium due to demand. They arrived in stock last night.
As indicated in our policies we reserve the right to initiate a price change at times. Due to the premium we had to pay to be able to get these docks in stock we had to raise the price of this item to $39.99. As our cost is currently more than the $29.99 that you paid. Due to the fact that you have already ordered with us we can offer you these docks for $37.99. This would leave a total of$7.99 that is due. We had a PayPal invoice sent to you to get this balance paid for. As soon as the invoice is paid I will have your order shipped immediately.

"I ordered a case for my Bionic on Sep 27th. I paid a premium for "Express 3-6 Day Shipping". 6 days later I emailed their support and was told: "Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for the delay. Our shipment was delayed that contains these brand new extended cases. We had expected this item to come in stock on the 21st. There was a delay in the shipment in the customs clearance process of our shipment. This is a standard practice by customs and we apologize for the delay. As soon as the shipment is released from customs we will have the cases within a day or so. The current time frame for shipment is a 1-3 days. Your order will ship as soon the cases come in."
I am writing this review on Oct 17th, and I have not received my case. The cases were "Available" the day I ordered it, and I feel I have been lied to by a low class organization.
I recommend that no one ever buy from them."

"This extended life battery is what the Samsung Charge should have come with in the first place! The cover and battery fit well in the phone. Also, and this is important, the phone recognizes the battery as an official battery so you can charge the battery in the phone and you don't get the non-OEM Battery warning where the charger refuses to charge it. This was the only place I could find this battery and cover.
Techie Warehouse was very responsive when a shipping issue came up. They quickly resolved it and I received the cover and battery in short order."

"I ordered an extended battery and extended battery cover from them on 7/20. I paid $5.99 for expedited shipping (which means first class to them). It took them until 8/23 to ship my item and this only happened when I opened a dispute with PayPal. It is now 8/31 and according to the tracking number they gave me, it was due for delivery yesterday in Massachusetts. The problem is that I live in Iowa. I don't think I will receive my item. Escalated my dispute with PayPal to a claim, to which they have not responded. I will never do business with them again."

"Terrible! I also ordered priority 2-3 day shipping and am waiting still 2 weeks later. Got a response from customer service days later that my address must have been wrong but I confirmed it to be correct immediately and then waited again to hear anything. Contacted USPS and they said they never received the item for shipment. Found a number to call, left a message and got no response. This company is fraudulent. Do not order from them! I finally resorted to emailing them and saying I was reporting them to BBB. Miraculously I got a response within 2 minutes. This time though they told me that they tried to call me the day after I ordered to tell me that the item I ordered happen to just go out of stock. I told them I want a refund. We will see what happens."
