"i got my motherboard nicely wrapped and in a box with all the manuals. my 80gb harddrive didnt come with any manuals or anything so if you want a hard drive with manuals dont buy from them. overall they were pretty good."

"Donkey111 is obviously just that...OEM drives ship with a static sealed drive. Period. If you need a manual to hold your hand, hire someone to do the work or buy a retail drive.
I don't mean to defend a company that I have only placed one order with (which arrived fine and worked fine). BTW, my order also took 9 days (7 business days), which might be a day or two longer than I'd like, but certainly a reasonable time nonetheless."

"I purchased an IBM 80.0GB Deskstar 120GXP ATA/100 7200RPM HDD for $70.00. I paid $13.82 for S&H (UPS 5-day ground). It took seven business days for the HDD to arrive, and upon arrival, I found that it included absolutely no mounting brackets, screws, or instruction manuals. If you are the average user who doesn't keep a toolshed for working inside of their machine, then avoid this company at all costs. This also goes for users who are not familiar with upgrading/putting systems together. Instead, pursue one which will at least give you all of the items you need to install the product. I now have to purchase mounting brackets and screws to fit the drive bay. This experience has been a grave inconvenience, considering that had the drive arrived by friday (the last possible arrival date under the shipping I paid for), as it should have, I wouldn't have been forced to inconvenience my roommate for 2 days by requiring the use of his PC to finish a project for my summer course work. I paid more and got less, since I had read decent reviews about technology bazaar, and I was led to believe them to be a reputable company. It is also worth mentioning that I could not find them under any of the Better Business Bureau listings under the state of California. I highly reccommend that you avoid doing business with this company unless you are a reseller."
