"I have dealt with TDN since 1994 purchasing hundreds of puters and servers from them.Never has one product arrived damaged in anyway.Motherboards are checked and test and then double check before shipping.I have dealt with many different sales reps including the owner,they have always been helpful and went out off thier way for me. Right now my Rep is Brad Harper one of the best. He has went out of his way many of times to help me make a due date for my clients.With all the machine I have purchased from TDN I do not think I have had a total of 15 rmas in all that time.And they were all replaced over night .I buy all my computers and supplies from them and wouldnt go anywhere else.So if some say anything different in this forum dont buy it. Tdn has the best prices and service around.

"Purchased a server built to order. Purchased without an OS (will run Linux). Well built. Easy to deal with sales person (Tom Colligan is prompt and well versed). It will be helpful in the future, when configuring a Linux box, to emphasize that all parts must be Linux compatible (they do not support Linux -- you are on your own from a support perspective -- but Linux compatibility is a pre-sales, not support, matter). Their prices are excellent and they resolve problems quickly, in a pleasant and professional manner. I highly recommend them. "

"We have purchased well over a hundred systems from TDN and have had very few problems with them. This systems are used throughout the college and are in use up to 16 hours a day.
As for tech support, it's my favorite type. I've maybe had to call them once or twice a year. And that is usually for things outside of their control, like a bad HD."
"I have used TDN as a primary resource of computer equipment since 1996....involved in the purchasing for the companies I worked/consulted for, and also built many personal/friend/family systems with equipment from TDN.
As with all major PC distributors, there are usually some issues with DOA equipment, and delivery problems (blah Airborne Express...), but by far, TDN has been an excellent resource for dependable equipment and has a customer service team that actually listens to my needs and has pointed me in the right direction every time. I seldom use their tech support staff aside from RMA returns. My primary, and very dependable sales reps over the last 6 years, have been Dave Kunzleman and Tom Colligan. They remain the biggest factor why I still use TDN today for hardware purchases and recommendations.
I have been involved in the purchase of over 800 systems, either through TDN directly, or through their local corporate customers in the Buffalo/Rochester/Toronto area (such as the NFTA). If you know computer hardware, then you will know that TDN carries quality brands of equipment for small to medium businesses. I highly recommend them."
