"On 8-26-08, I placed an order with this company online. I received the order on 9-2-08, and upon inspection, found that one of the items was not included. Instead they decided to send another part. I immediately called them, and, after several phone handoffs, was finally able to speak to someone who sounded like they could help. I was promised that a the correct part would be shipped out via UPS 2nd Day delivery and a tracking number would be emailed to me. So far, so good - they SAID that their screwup would be corrected, but... typically, NOTHING ever happened – no shipment, no email, not even so much as a phone call. What awesome customer service! So, after having received no response whatsoever from these toads, I returned the incorrect item (at my own expense). Meanwhile, the entire install had to be cancelled.
Per the Signature Confirmation provided by the USPS, my return was received by them at 11:43 AM on 9-16-08. Predictably I have heard absolutely nothing from them!"
