"Techsmart has a lot of potential in its program and how it teaches the different coding languages, and it's very well structured. However, the curriculum and practicality of its use makes it one of the worst paid programs out there. My school uses Techsmart for its computer science class. I'm going into my 4th year of that class and all that we've been taught so far is: API usage, while and for loop, conditionals, library creation, the very useful tsapp library (/s), and how to store program data. 3 and a half years of my life to learn the fundamentals of one of the easiest languages to learn, PYTHON! Over the summer I looked into the "next step" on learning the coding language and I was appalled when I learned that our class hasn't even covered the tip of the iceberg. I learned more over the course of 3 months than I did over more than 3 years, and that's exclusively Techsmart's fault. I've learned how to make a fully functioning discord bot (though I don't use discord often), I've modded plenty of games, and I've even made a horror game (yet to be uploaded), and none of these accomplishments were thanks to this program.

But you've only heard MY story; my friend's is much worse! They ended up quitting the class along with half of the other students because the endorsement was easy to get and the program was just that unbearable. It was a free credit as the teacher of the class knew it was unbearable and gave us all 90s for assignments we haven't even touched. My friend made amazing games and apps on the techsmart website. Chess engines, an impossible to beat tic-tac-toe bot, a maze generator, and a sudoku solver. When he left and found out that tsapp wasn't used by anyone, he had no idea how to code. That's how closeted their information is: it's only relevant if you're using the program, AKA it teaches you nothing that's worth using.

TLDR: The app doesn't teach you anything other than very basic fundamentals, and the time it uses to teach you this could be used to actually master the coding language instead. The techsmart program has had negative effects on me and my friends who are very passionate about coding."

"my father and i went here to purchase some fans. we called a man on the phone and he told us we could buy 12 fans for $20 each. when we got there we had to wait an hour for the people to come open it.(they’re supposed to be open for 10 didn’t open till 11) and the owner told us we could only get 4 per person and they were then $30 each. they were completely ignorant and rude. will not be going back again. do not recommend. "If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My MIL bought a TV here, we had it at our place IN THE BOX for over a week, we had to set it up for her because she has vision loss and it took us some time to actually get over there to hook it up..

When we took it out of the box it was broken, a piece missing in the back. The customer service was probably the worst that my husband has ever received.. They were rude, belligerent, self righteous and TOLD HIM that we did this and that they do not sell broken TV’s or any product for that matter. **Funny, while he was there, another man was returning a broken product**

They finally agreed to fix it, went to pick it up .. Rude again, the tech was the only personable person there. They turned it on, we should have known better because when we got it set up at my MIL’s the TV had no sound !!!!!!

In light of not wanting to back to this place, I will be calling the better business bureau and may even contact the news to run a story on this place for scamming innocent customers..

Read the reviews they are horrible, and it sounds like they sell a lot of products that are not up to standards.
