"This is a bogus company, they will try to make you believe your computer is infected with a virus/spyware/etc to get access to remote log in to your computer so that they can pretend to fix it and then scam you out of money by trying to get your credit card information. Do not trust them, do not give them any of your infoand contact your credit card company immediately if you gave them any information. If they remote logged into your computer, you will likely need to completely wipe it clean or get rid of it altogether and definitely change all you passwords or risk identity theft."
