I was searching for a computer for some advanced video editing. An old friend of mine referred me to check out TecnotecPC. I am certainly glad I did. From the beginning of my experience to the end, each element left me with a solid feeling, confident that we were going to get an end product that met my needs.

The experience demonstrated their competence:
I told them my needs and they knew exactly what I was going to need and how to accomplish that at a reasonable cost. It felt like I was able to customize this computer down to the last screw. We discussed what the various options were and how each option would affect the overall performance. They had an immediate and in-depth knowledge of the various processors, video cards, hard drives, even down to component cables. They had a ready answer to absolutely every question I asked, even to the point of having two or three possible recommendations to met every concern.

The overall order was produced quickly:
After all the options were discussed and we nailed down the final order, all the parts were ordered, built and delivered in a fast, professional and courteous manner. What's more, there were a couple of follow up questions I had following the order and each question was answered within a few minutes of an email - and the answers were exactly what I needed - and they followed up to make sure I had a complete resolution.

In the search to have a "balanced" review and note things that I might be unhappy with, I really cannot think of a serious issue. There was one element of the order that wasn't fully installed, but the oversight was understandable given the complexity of the order and with their solid follow up, it turned out to be, literally, 60 seconds worth of a problem.

Otherwise, I had a need and they knew the options to meet the need. They produced a product that did indeed meet the need at really reasonable cost. In fact, I am writing this review on this product right now - and it's something I am extremely pleased with.
