"My first order I was not happy with the printing. I was told that it wasn’t in error and that was the style for that image. They then offered me a free replacement of which I chose a different image. Loved this one! Thank you. I will order again."
" I'm in England and ordered an XL and 2 XL 'Premium' tee with vintage/retro 'Champion' logo/branding. To be honest I only needed one shirt, but the disclaimer on the site that the width might vary by +/- 2.5cm meant they could both be the same size. Anyhow the price was good enough for me to order both. I was very surprised how quickly they turned up, about 9 days from order to delivery.
I answered a product review request and said I was generally happy, but I did not consider the material to be 'Premium' as advertised. They suggested I send it back for an exchange, but I said I would keep them, as shipping back world-wide was not really worth the cost.
Customer service the asked which one was the best fit (XL) and that they would ship me a replacement XL in heavyweight material. Also that I could keep the original shirts!
Really excellent and caring customer service.
PS For what it's worth the XL was exact to the width on the website."

"What a brilliant company. I ordered 4 tee shirts. When they arrived the style and quality was superb but they were a bit small. I contacted them to ask if it was possible to exchange and prepared to send the small t shirts back! They said, “don’t worry- we’ll send you a new batch with the right size” and told me to keep the old ones and donate them or reuse them somehow. What a brilliant policy. "I ordered a shirt from TeePublic recently and I put down my parents place as the delivery address as I’ve been staying with them temporarily. Unfortunately I had a huge fight with my family and long story short, I never want to see them again (for personal reasons). I contacted TeePublic customer support and explained my situation and to see if it were possible to have the package redirected. Right from the start they were very compassionate and understanding with me regarding my difficult situation. As the package had already been sent and was unable to be redirected they decided to re-ship the item to me free of charge to my new address.

I reached out to TeePublic and requested to do an exchange for Large, totally prepared to go to the post office and ship the Medium back, etc. TeePublic got back to me promptly and informed me they had already started the shipping process on a Large, and that I could just keep the Medium.
