"I am in Canada and placed an order with TeeTurtle on November 21st. My order was shipped to Germany where it sat for two weeks. It is now back in the States. I will not get it before Christmas even though I placed over a month ago. I PMd customer service on Facebook and they asked me to get in touch. There is no phone number so I sent another message. Now my messages are being blocked. While I have no doubt the quality of the merchandise is good, I will NEVER order from them again. If you are in Canada, I do not recommend you ordering from them either. And regardless of where you are, if you depend on good customer service, you should not order from them either. :("

"TeeTurtle has many customs t-shirts you can order which feature a lot of video game or Studio Ghibli references. I personnally ordered 3 t-shirts from them. I 'm very satisfied about the quality of the shirts; you can often find TeeTurtle products at many conventions. For shipping, I received my order 3 weeks after I placed it; fitting barely in their estimated shipping time to Canada (15-20 days) I totally love my t-shirts and their 100% cotton haven't shrunk yet on my initial pre-wash. Totally recommend the website !"
