"Ordered a 3000va UPS system from these guys. Logged into my account with them to see how it was going, and all of my account details were changed to testing settings. Literally, the "Company Name" was set to "Testing", the Phone number was set to ***-***-****, the name was set to a random set of characters, and the address was set to their listed business location. What kind of company does this?"
"Technology Galaxy LLC (AKA Merchant Expo LLC) is the fulfiller of an item I purchased through Walmart. The “Managing Member” is Paul Bewely. In reality, Mr. Bewley is a salesperson managing their web page for order fulfillment. Apparently, this is a 2-person company near Sacramento, CA.
The folks at Technology Galaxy are unbelievably incompetent! I ordered a mouse pad from these people. After receiving a delivery note telling me it was delivered today and with much anticipation, Technology Galaxy did not deliver the mouse pad that I paid for.
After much communication with Mr. Bewely, with me demanding delivery of my mouse pad many times, they declined to do so. After asking to speak to a manager I received a snarky response from someone claiming to be an owner (but with no name attached) telling me they will no longer will do business with me.
Wow...that's a lot of circus for a mouse pad! Don't you folks know anything about business concepts?
This is an LLC and have owners instead of Officers of a Corporation. My response came from the sales department email address. Well, ain't that odd! Apparently, they are all owners!...and no one of competence is running the show. (it runs itself)
Just another “WOKE” company in my experience!
It is assumed they do not stand behind their commitments, nor do they know what they are doing. Although they did refund my cost of $5.04, they bothered me all day to get to this point.
Imagine if I had purchased something more expensive like a PC, for example.
Think about this if you dare purchase anything from Technology Galaxy LLC!
I wish you all “Good Luck”!"
"I bought a computer off of them through Amazon. The OS system in the computer crashed. It is not fixable. I actually called Apple and Apple said they had problems with this computer already. So tek galaxy knew about this and still sold it anyways and will not stand behind it. It crashed within 45 days of me using it. They will not return my emails and their phone number on Amazon is a bogus phone number. Amazon cannot even get a hold of them. And Amazon will not stand behind Amazons code of conduct and refund my money and/or replace the computer. They know this third-party is bogus and has a bad reputation and will not do anything about it. They still let tech galaxy sell their stuff on Amazon. I I am disappointment in Amazon, as well as tek galaxy. "
"I ordered a apple desk top from Amazon, the generated a fed x label to make you think it shipped and it never did, and it was supposed to be a birthday present. They are a scam!!!"
"I ordered a battery backup unit through Technology Galaxy on the Walmart marketplace, needed urgently. Listing said it was in stock, delivery in 2 days. I ordered, and in 2 days I had no shipping info still. I contacted them though Walmart contact form, and then the next day they cancelled the order. So their inventory was wrong on the site, they did nothing to contact me despite a rush order, and then just cancelled without any contact. Neither reliable nor good customer service."
"I don't believe they are located at the addresses given. They charged me for extra shipping. That never came and do not respond."
"THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS! BOUGHT A "NEW" ITEM FROM RAKUTEN, AND RECEIVED A USED DAMAGED ITEM FROM TECHNOLOGY GALAXY AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS. SEEMS THEY HAD TROUBLE SCARING UP THE NEW ITEM I HAD PURCHASED...
TRIED TO RETURN OR GET A REFUND AFTER SENDING PICTURES BUT NO, IT HAD BEEN OVER 30 DAYS... I'M STUCK WITH JUNK AND OUT $325! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!
RAKUTEN AND TECHNOLOGY GALAXY MUST BOTH BE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES IN CAHOOTS!"
"I ordered two USB cables, through walmart.com, with technology being the seller. Ordered on July 2, 2018, arrival date was said to be July 16. As of today, July 18, 2018, nothing has arrived. Two weeks is a ridiculous length of time anyway. I've ordered direct from China and gotten an order in two weeks. I will NEVER order from walmart.com again, and for sure will NEVER order ANYTHING from Technology Galaxy!"
"They would not refund for a product I returned over a month ago, they say they never received it. Bad choice Walmart it doesn’t look like you have many good reviews with this company. Criminals!! My son bought and returned the product with his own money. Terrible just terrible ."
"Ordered Samsung phone. After numerous delays I was told the item appeared to be lost. After Amazon intervention (since Galaxy customer service could not be reached and did not respond to phone number left on answering machine) ,
the item was "found" and I was told to return it. Since I never received it, this was not possible. Company insisted refund was only going to happen upon return of something I never received. Again, after intervention by Amazon, I was promised a refund. Thank you Amazon!!! Why the company gets to keep a 15% restocking fee is beyond me.
This was a time consuming, aggravating experience that ended up costing me $93.43 for absolutely nothing.
You decide whether you want to do business with a company like that.
"
"I order a wireless head phones I just don't like them I emailed 3 times to get a return forum but no reply so I'm stuck with a poor set of head phones"
"Worst company to deal with ever. The returned my item, all beaten up in a dingy box with absolutely no padding whatsoever. Never seen such a poor shipping. Unbelievably rude. Avoid these guys like the plague"
"Avoid at all cost. I ordered an ASUS PQ321Q 31.5-Inch 4K Monitor from them through Amazon.com. Could not get into the Function setup menu. Spent hours of the phone with Asus before they said it was defective and told me to return it. This selling charged me a 15% restocking fee to return. Not sure if they are to stupid to know what restocking means or maybe they plan to resell the defective monitor.
My suggestion dispute the credit charge and complain to Amazon via both phone and email. It won't be long before this scum bag seller is kicked off Amazon. "
" Ordered an HP T120 Plotter from Amazon, with Tekgalaxy as the seller. They shipped it in a timely manner.Opened it up,everything looked good.Set it up and error 4210 comes up.Called HP tech support, ran through some troubleshooting, tech determined it what they call DOA.WTF!! Email Amazon, and explain to them the situation. They were great at first.Read some negative reviews about Tekgalaxy, and their nonexistant customer service.Started getting a real bad feeling .But then we saw Amazon's A to Z customer service guarantee and thought we were somewhat better off.Not so,just got a email from Amazon. They will not refund or exchange our defective plotter.$900 has been basicly stolen from us.The only hope we have now is,we called HP support and they are sending someone out next week.DO NOT BUY FROM TEKGALAXY!!Their return policy is a sham!! It should be against the law."
"Fine for me. I ordered from them, via their Amazon presence.
They included no receipt, nor even a packing list. However this seller is hardly alone in that."
