"I read the resellerratings.com scores on this company and was a bit wary before ordering. 5 Port gigabit switch for 19.49 inc delivery at basic rate was worth the risk - it was sold out everywhere else cheaper; Good thing too. I ordered it at 14:28 one day and it was here the next morning. I would be cautious again about ordering anything that could require an RMA due to the other reviews on google shopping but in this instance I'm totally happy and will be back again to shop. FTW!"

"I was thoroughly impressed with Tekheads. I caused so many problems and they took them all in their stride! I ordered all the bits for a new PC off them, they got everything delivered very quickly, even though I paid for the cheap delivery, upgraded parts of my order because the thing I ordered was out of stock, and responded very quickly via their support site. I had to return a PSU because it blew (cheap surge protector) and I got the replacement quickly also. I was a nightmare customer for them but they sorted it all out."

i have always purchased online and only had to contact TekHeads once, which was because of a declined credit card transaction. I spoke to a TekHeads representative, who was very helpfull and the parts were with me the following day."

"I had a faulty motherboard where the mouse port nor keyboard port were working properly, I had to botch it up with bits of rubber, and in the end they totally failed to work. Then they sold me a heatsink/fan combo for the CPU which is then been taken of the market which damaged 2 AMD Athlon XPs. They did not replace either of the items and said they tested the motherboard four times, I took the motherboard to a different shop who said that there was definately a problem with the keyboard and mouse port so they supplied me with USB keyboard and I had to order a USB mouse from elsewhere. They also played me about a lot and didn't even send back my components when they said and they confirmed on more than 2 occasions but failed to do so. I was extremely dissapointed with the service and do not recommend anyone purchasing from here, because if they have to replace something, they won't do it!"
