"This is quite literally, the WORST experience I've ever had with an e-tailer. I ordered a case which said "in stock" and instead of being in stock, it was drop-shipped. This means they had to wait for a vendor to ship it to them first. I was not notified of this. I had to call customer service twice for everything I wanted done. Twice to get order status(one time they were "supposed" to call me back after they ignored my email. I cancelled the order and it still hasn't been done so I'm going to have to call again. Fortunately, they didn't charge my card.
I can't believer a company would keep a customer so in the dark."
