"Ordered on August 7th my order is still pending today on August 18th. I have sent two e-mails and received no response on my order status. I would spend the extra few dollars and order from a retailer that is reputable and well known. "

"I purchased an item on April 6th, today is April 12 and I haven't heard anything from this people no e-mail or anything. The order has not been processed. I E-mail them to find out what the status of my order was and to this I have not received anything. It's a ghost company Don't shop from there just cause the price seems reasonable, at the end you will end up frustrated like me."

"This company has done a horrible job to date at handling my cases. I made my order on a 1/12 of 2008 and today's 1/23 and I have not heard a reply from any of those bozos at Tekgear. I was able to track down their phone number and called them several times, left messages and all that. You would think that the corporate side of their shop would always have somebody available. Guess what? That place seems to be a ghost town. Nothing but a pretty tumbleweed tumbling along.

Think twice on trying to save a couple extra bucks just going thru these bozos as opposed to somebody else that has an idea of how to do business.
