"I purchased (I thought) a modem online from this vendor and received a "Your order has been submitted successfully" notice. After almost two weeks, when no modem had yet appeared and no charge had been made to my credit card, I called (at my expense, they apparently have no toll-free number) and was told that they always telephone to verify online orders. Needless to say, I was never telephoned and the order verification notice had no mention of the need for such a call. The woman to whom I spoke seemed unable to understand why this might be a problem for the customer, and simply kept repeating that they always telephone to verify online orders. I gave up and hung up. Bottom line: if you want to order from them, don't do it online."

"Large selection, good prices, non existant return policy. You would probably be better served via Mail Order. Never buy only memory,CPU or Motherboard from them... buy all 3 or non at all, as they will always blame the components you didn't purchase from them."

They have anything you need also ans you wont find anyone cheaper around this area. I like to pick my thing up so this is better than ordering online i think. By the looks of it they have excellent prices compared to online ordering also. Plus i dont pay shipping."
