"Before purchasing my phone, I did some research and found that Telephony Depot had the best price for the specific phone I was searching for (PolyCom IP 5000). I contacted them with some questions prior to placing the order and the only thing I was not thrilled about was their restocking fee for opened returns, but their salesperson was very polite and patient and answered all of my questions. Hold time was minimal and being able to speak to someone was important.
