"I ordered an OEM trailer hitch for my 2021 RAV4.They had it in one day,priced $45 lower than any dealer within 100 miles.After negotiating the tight and slightly confusing parking lot I went to the parts counter,they retrieved my hitch and loaded into the suv and I was on my way in less than ten minutes.It fits perfectly,Thanks"
"First time ordered parts online ETA of arrival suggested 1-4 days. after 4 Days I finally got thru parts department and little did I know that it would be over 6 weeks that I would be waiting due to out of stock item. You guys took my Money following day of my order but never updated me of a tracking number or that my order would be delayed. only thing I receive via e-mail was my receipt.
Frustrating just to get on the line with the parts department. Took me 2 days to connect with a parts advisor. Every time I called, when someone eventually would answer they would immediately put me on hold and would never reconnect back with me. Frustrating experience! I live two miles away from the Temecula Toyota Dealership, but had to take my services to the next nearest Toyota dealer in Hemet where they met my needs on the first call. I will give you guys another try because I understand it could have been a bad week for you guys. We all have bad weeks!"
"Ordered online. Arrived at dealer couple days later, picked them up. They fit perfect after I had to remove the bolt, washers, reverse them, then affix. Toyota OEM part, but made in CHINA As expected from CHINA, jacked up, had to modify to make it work properly. That's what happens when you have slave labor."

You get a constant flood of emails from internet sales managers and reps but none of them ever respond to any of these emails when you reply to them. I don’t know how many times I gave this dealership a chance to take my money but they couldn’t or didn’t want to help. Ended up buying my car at CarMax."
